Rewards
Members will receive 1 point for every $1 spend at Tyme Day Spa. Members can redeem the points once they have a minimum balance of 100 points. On joining the membership plan the account will be credited with 120 points with first visit. Referrals for friends and family $10 is credited in loyalty point rewards. Leaving reviews will be credited of $5 to your loyalty point program. There are many ways to receive and accumulate loyalty points by being an active member with us. You are emailed a monthly loyalty statement balance sheet.
Reward points can only be used for services and products which are not a part of any other promotional packages. Reward points are not transferrable and convertible to cash. Redeemed points are not refundable. Reward points are valid for 12 months starting the date of issuing and are member can’t redeem the same.
Members need to follow account identification procedure at checkout by providing registered phone number or email ID for claiming reward points. Providing your email or phone number for identifying your account or setting up an account is voluntary and is not requested or recorded as a part of a credit card transaction.
