4. Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee.
– No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

5. Late Arrivals
– If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may be shortened to ensure that the next appointment can start on time.
– You will still be charged the full price of the service.

6. Health Considerations
– Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs when booking your appointment.
– Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific health issues. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful to your health.

7. Gift Certificates
– Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
– Expiration dates for gift certificates must be respected; once expired, they cannot be used.

8. Spa Etiquette
– We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.
– Please respect the quiet and tranquil atmosphere of the spa by keeping noise to a minimum and turning off mobile devices.

9. Liability Waiver
– By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved and agree to release our spa from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during your visit.
